Waiting for Republicans and Democrats to Pick Their Candidates

Both the Democract and the Republican have dropped out of the race in Maine House District 66.

According to the Times Record (“Brunswick GOP must fill 2 slots“), the Republicans are caucusing tomorrow, Thursday, July 12, but don’t yet know who will seek the nomination to be their replacement candidate.

The Democrats will caucus on Saturday. Mattie Daughtry is the only person who has announced any interest in seeking the nomination to be their replacement candidate.

This will be an interesting race!
